Established in May 2024, Syracuse Sports Advisors became Syracuse's first sports investment service. Combining a love of sports, analytics, and finance, SSA offers any and all investors the opportunity to invest in live sporting events on a day to day basis. Since its foundation, SSA has continuously produced monthly returns far-outpacing the yearly returns of major stock indices and funds. Now, instead of just watching your favorite team on a Monday night, you can invest and make it worth your time by having a small stake in the action and start Winning Both Ways.
Founders and Officers
David Tyler is a co-founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Syracuse Sports Advisors. David graduated from Le Moyne College in 2021 with a Bachelor's of Science in Finance and Business Analytics, adding minors in Sports Marketing and French Language and Culture. David also earned his MBA from Le Moyne College in Business Analytics in 2023. In his free time, David enjoys attending Syracuse sporting events, volunteer basketball coaching, and going to the movies.
Bill Leiker is a co-founder and the Chief Financial Officer of Syracuse Sports Advisors. Bill graduated from Cornell University in 2020 with a Bachelor's of Science in Applied Economics and Management, concentrating in Accounting. Bill has since worked in corporate finance for various companies in Skaneateles, NY. In his free time, Bill enjoys hiking around Syracuse and spending time with his family.
